To sum up: I am in Twilight Fandom with the triangle from hell. Jacob Black is a 16 yo Quileute Werewolf (so he looks more like 25) and his fans wanted SS to be cast as Jacob in a bad way (the author loved this idea, so she eggs everyone on) so when Taylor Lautner was cast the shit hit the fan.
My axe to grind is that neither TL or SS is Native so I don't care for either of them as the casting choice. But poor SS, so many of us suffer from overexposure now.
Unrelated to this post, I've seen you in four or five of the communities I'm part of, but just this morning discovered (much like Columbus discovered America) your icons.
I've been through your archives and taken a bunch, most for later use, some I've added to my userpics already, and I've given you credit.
I was very aware this morning while scrolling through the archives of someone's journal whom I had never actually spoken with, taking whatever I wanted how very presumptuous and *ahem* whiteentitled it felt to do so. It was quite weird, actually.
But thanks again - I'll get a lot of enjoyment out of them, and I'll totally check out the site you recommended as well.
