Seriously, that man's bone structure is just inhumanly gorgeous. And that smile, and those soulful eyes, and that lovely balanced musculature...can't stop staring.

Oh, heavens, yes...such a beautiful, rich brown...

I need to work up a post for the other place about some weirdass SF cover whitewashing of this series I've recently fallen in love with, where the half-alien protagonist is in almost every piece of book art shown very very pale, even though the text repeated points out that he's brown. Except for one early-80s cover, the closest the various editions over twenty-plus years get is...white boy with a slight tan. This beautiful man? Now that's exactly the sort of complexion the Cat in *my* head has, no matter what those artists and cover designers have all been smoking...
