Mmm, I saw the Gossip opening for Sleater-Kinney about six or seven years ago -- hadn't heard them before that and they just totally blew me away. Girlfriend is FIERCE.
But am I a bad person for thinking this Blake Kuchta fellow looks remarkably like a real live version of Skwisgaar from Metalocalypse?
They're better live. I have a couple of CDs at this point and they're not bad, but they just don't manage to get across the sheer energy and stage presence that woman has.

I am now kicking myself for not managing to get pics of the Dethklok cosplayers at Katsucon last weekend, they made me smile to no end. The boy doing Murderface was particularly dead-on...he was even doing the voice! chomiji at least got a pic of a rather disturbingly well-done female Dr. Rockso...
I don't like bad-romance-cover clinch poses. They're boring to me. Also, they put me in mind of chiropractors, slipped discs, and the bad kind of muscle strain.
I like off-center, interesting perspective photos. I'm so tired of bad-romance-cover-clinch-poses. I want to see romance covers based on poses and interactions like:
Toki: "I loves sausage festival, likes that ones in Vienna!" *giggles*
It was rather funny, really, I just totally stumbled across Dethklok slashers randomly just a few days after I started watching the show. I'd hit Y! Gallery looking for a Saiyuki vine!smex fix, and right there on the front page of newest additions was a very naughty Skwissy. Cue the following reactions in short succession:
"ZOMG, bwah, there's Dethklok slash?!?"
"...of COURSE there is...Rule 34."
"...eeeee, Skwissy/Toki are so cuuuuuuute! In a brutal sort of way, of course. Because "I hates you" is just metal for "I love you", after all..."
Also, they put me in mind of chiropractors, slipped discs, and the bad kind of muscle strain.

I don't like lost too much because there's not enough Jin for me. DDK is insanely hot. I think there was a Will and Grace joke about that. Grace going on about wanting to learn how to say 'hot Korean' in Korean or some such.
Mrrowr. I think your original one is still my favorite for the composition and the sleepy-smile face, but those other two are also lovely. The first one in particular, mmmm, threesome waiting to happen! And I can't decide if I want to be in the middle of it myself, or just steal her fabulous shoes and the middle guy's brocade jacket.
