Yeah, that's what I wound up doing during the last round of replacing my bras for smaller bands. figleaves.com had some good stuff, which is where I wound up going. But even there, most of my choices were pretty plain. Still--at least the bras fit. :)
I'm a big girl, but I carry my weight in my ass, boobs and belly, NOT my ribcage, lol. I was so sick of having my bra band up around my neck in the back (not to mention my straps digging into my shoulders due to my boobs pulling down in the front) ...
There are more pretty bras on the Figleaves site now, but you have to put your house up for a second mortgage to get them :/
If only they'd stop punishing people's purses for needing a bit more material than others >:(

Somehow, I think the owner of the apt. complex I live in would object if I tried to put it up for mortgage...
Exactly. It's even worse for folks in plus sizes...not only do they (and me when I was up there) get nailed for underwear, but everything else, too.
